    Financial Planning*:


    Objective planning advice is provided on a flat fee or hourly fee basis and can address the following issues:

    • General Planning
      Net worth statement; Cash flow analysis; Objective review of work benefits (stock options, pensions, insurance, etc.) and all personal life and disability insurance policies.
    • Family Financial Planning
      College and private school planning; Planning for weddings and other personal family goals; Planning for elderly family members, disability and other financial situations.
    • Retirement Planning
      Retirement needs modeling for selected retirement ages and rates of return; Restructuring of assets to support retirement needs; IRA minimum required distribution (MRD) planning; Education on Medicare, Medicaid and long term care.
    • Business Owner & Executive Planning
      Business succession planning; Executive compensation planning; Stock options; Coordination of business valuation; Buy-Sell agreements; Employee benefits review.  *We do not create legal documents but can help fund the obligations of these agreements.
    • Investment Planning*
      Review of all current investments and their benchmarked results against their peers; Review of your asset allocation; Education on your choices for investment types, account options and their costs.
    • Estate Planning
      Property ownership alternatives; Estate tax reduction techniques; Qualified plan distribution; Family gifting strategies; Charitable planning; Inherited IRA strategies.
    Comprehensive Financial Planning*:
    Customized financial planning addressing your specific situation, issues, and concerns. The plan may include the following meetings:
    • Discovery Meeting (1-2 hours): Clients learn how we can assist them in evaluating and managing their financial assets. We will need to understand the clients’ personal net worth, income, and any complexities in their planning situation to determine a flat fee for a comprehensive plan.
    • Profile Meeting (1-2 hours): Clients return with cash flow information and their original documents for us to copy and retain for their plan. We will discuss their current financial situation and learn their goals for the future for the use in our plan modeling.
    • Plan Draft Meeting (2-3 hours): We present a draft of the plan to the client and use this as an opportunity to confirm the information we have used in the plan is accurate and to determine whether or not changes are needed. We will educate the client on their current financial situation and illustrate the choices they may have for the future to assist them in making informed decisions regarding their financial goals.
    • Plan Delivery Meeting (1-3 hours): We deliver a final plan to the client with written recommendations. We will go over the plan together to ensure the client has all of their questions answered.
     
    Investment Management*:
    We believe in providing you with education on your choices. We manage investments on a fee basis so that we have total flexibility in the market place to help our clients and make customized changes as needed in your portfolio.

    During planning, our clients come to realize how our extensive research and knowledge of insurance products can provide them with the following:
    • Assurance that they already have the right products for their family
    • Comparative quotes to ensure their current coverage is competitively priced in the open market
    • Identification of gaps in their coverage and/or improvements they might consider
